Medical Animation

Science has character.

Movement is physical activity, but it’s also phenomena–that is, movement creates sensations in the person that sees or experiences it. This is how real learning takes place: you remember a message because you feel it, and that feeling stays in your kinetic memory.

The medical animator’s fundamental artistic materials are time and space. Balancing and contrasting different amounts of them creates a grammar of movement. This is how we build scientific narratives without words.

Every production is tailored to the animation. Script to final. Campaign to patient education.
